Author Notes: Adapted from a recipe that had the sauce in it (from an unknown site), I just tweaked it so I didn’t have to make the rest of the recipe and so I could use the sauce for other dishes. —Kristina's Cooking
Makes: 1/2 cup of sauce

cup Sake

cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce

cup Sugar

cup Mirin
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and let simmer until slightly reduced (approximately 5 minutes).
- Take off the heat, and let cool. Service with your favorite meats or tofu.
