It is worth stretching your jaw to eat this tasty sandwich.
Ingredients
- 2 slices white bread
- 1 slice wholemeal bread
- 3 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 25g (about 1/2 slice) leg ham
- 2-3 slices tomato
- 1 slice cheese
- 2 tablespoons shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup shredded cooked chicken
Method
- Step 1Spread one side of the three slices of bread with the mayonnaise. Top one of the white slices with the ham, tomato and cheese.
- Step 2Place the wholemeal bread on top of the cheese. Top with the lettuce and chicken. Top with the final slice of white bread.
- Step 3Cut into triangles and serve. Secure the sandwiches with toothpicks, if required.
