Ingredients

cup lukewarm water

tablespoon soft butter

tablespoon olive oil

cup organic sugar

egg

teaspoon salt

tablespoon dry milk powder

cups bread flour

teaspoons active dry yeast

tablespoons melted butter
Directions
- Place all the ingredients except the melted butter in a stand mixer, or bread maker in order.

For stand mixer turn to setting 2, and allow it to knead for 8 minutes.
For a bread maker, place on dough setting. - After 8 minutes, take dough out of mixer, spray the mixing bowl with cooking spray, shape the dough into a ball, and place back in the mixing bowl. Cover with plastic wrap or a towel, and allow to rise for 1 hour.
- After one hour, take the dough out and place on a surface sprayed with cooking spray.
- Shape into an oval and press down. Cut dough into 5 even strips, then cut each strip into 3-6 pieces, depending what size rolls you desire.
- Use your hands to shape each piece into a roll, and set onto a greased baking sheet.
- Brush melted butter on the top of each roll.
- Bake at 375* for 20 minutes.
