cups sweet potatoes, baked, peeled and mashed

cup brown sugar

cup melted butter

teaspoon chili powder, divided

teaspoon paprika

teaspoon cinnamon

teaspoon cayenne pepper

cup crushed Ritz crackers

cup packed brown sugar

cup melted butter
Directions
- Mix together sweet potatoes, brown sugar, egg, butter, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, paprika, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and salt. Spread into 8 x 8 baking dish prepared with cooking spray.
- Combine crackers, brown sugar, melted butter and remaining 1/2 teaspoon chili powder. Sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
