honey to taste (optional)
Directions
- mix together, cover and put in fridge til ready to eat. actually, you can eat it right away, but the chia is a little crunchy at 1st and softens as it sits-give it at least 5 minutes. fresh or frozen berries and i prefer fage brand yogurt-but i’m sure any would be ok. i don’t use any honey and find it sweet enough, but it’ll depend on the fruit and your taste.
