1 cup Tamar Valley Greek Style Yoghurt
60g parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped
8 chicken drumsticks
Step 1Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a large roasting pan with baking paper.
Step 2Combine yoghurt, parmesan, breadcrumbs, mustard and parsley in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3Coat each drumstick in yoghurt mixture. Place in prepared pan. Cover with foil and roast for 20 minutes. Remove foil and roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Allow to cool in pan.
