Spray oil (like Pam)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Chop cauliflower into small, popcorn sized pieces and lay out onto parchment covered cookie sheet.
- Spray cauliflower with cooking spray to coat. Sprinkle with salt and turmeric (or any other spices you are using).
- Roast at 425 for 25 minutes or until crispy. Serve in a bowl as you would “popcorn.”
