teaspoon baking soda

cup macadamias

tablespoon maple syrup

butter, for sauteeing
Directions
- For pancakes – Combine eggs, carrots, raisins, coconut milk, arrowroot, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
- For maple nut butter – combine butter, macadamias, maple and salt in food processor.
- Sautee pancakes 1/4 cup at a time in well greased pan. I put made pancakes in the over on low so they’re all ready at once.
- Add a dollop of your maple nut butter to each pancake. Bacon, which goes with everything is delicious with these too
