Embrace summer with sweet pink grapefruit grilled with butter and sugar.
Ingredients
- 4 pink grapefruit, halved crossways
- 20g butter, chilled, finely chopped
- 55g (1/4 cup, firmly packed) brown sugar
- Vanilla yoghurt, to serve
Method
- Step 1Preheat grill on medium-high. Use a small sharp knife to release the flesh from the grapefruit halves. Place back into the grapefruit shells. Place the grapefruit, cut-side up, in a baking dish. Sprinkle with the butter and sugar.
- Step 2Cook under grill for 3-5 minutes or until light golden. Serve with vanilla yoghurt.
