Celebrate Easter with a sumptuous spread of festive foods with a twist!
Ingredients
- 8 flat mushrooms
- 2 bunches asparagus, trimmed
- Olive oil cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
- Step 1Preheat a barbecue or chargrill on medium-high heat. Spray mushrooms and asparagus with oil. Cook for 2 minutes each side or until just tender.
- Step 2Place vegetables on a large plate. Drizzle with oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
