tablespoons Sugar free almond butter

Directions
- Carefully slice the banana skin, down one side and wrap in foil
- Add to the barbecue and roast for about 15 minutes until soft
- Remove the banana from the barbecue and leave to cool
- Once cool, add to the blender along with the almond butter and blend until fully combined
- Add to a plastic container and freeze
