1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup chocolate-flavored soy milk
8 chunks frozen pineapple
6 frozen whole strawberries
1 small banana
Blend oats and chia seeds in a blender until powdery; add pineapple juice, chocolate soy milk, pineapple chunks, strawberries, and banana and blend until smooth.
