ounces Bow Hill Organic Heirloom Blueberry Juice

ounce white balsamic vinegar

slice jalapeño

slice cucumber

mint leaves

teaspoon Bow Hill Organic Heirloom Blueberry Powder, for rim

Soda water
Directions
- Mix blueberry powder and salt, then rim glass.
- Muddle jalapeno, mint leaves and one slice of cucumber in a cocktail shaker.
- Add juice and vinegar, stir and pour into glass.
- Fill glass with ice and top with soda water.
- Garnish with other cucumber slice and mint leaf.
