cups cake flour, sifted

cups sugar

teaspoons baking soda

teaspoons cinnamon

teaspoon salt

cup Wesson oil

eggs

cups carrots, shredded

teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Combine flour, sugar, soda, seasonings and oil. Beat in eggs, one at a time, carrots and vanilla. Pour into two greased 9″ cake pans. Bake in 325 degree oven for 60-65 minutes. When cool, frost with icing prepared as follows.
