1/2 cup ice
2 avocados – peeled, pitted, and cubed
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (optional)
2 cups vanilla flavored whey protein powder
Place ice, avocado, maple syrup, milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla powder into a blender. Puree until smooth.
