Makes: 1 – 9 x 13 pan

cups all purpose flour

cup walnuts or pecans

cup raisins

cups chopped and peeled Granny Smith apples

teaspoons cinnamon

cup vegetable oil

eggs

teaspoons vanilla

teaspoon cloves

teaspoons baking soda

tablespoon lemon zest
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together with spoon. (Will be stiff like cookie dough) Spread in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
