Wonderfully sticky and irresistible, these honey and soy glazed drumsticks are a firm family favourite.

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) Massel chicken style liquid stock
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Kikkoman soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Leggos tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons Ayam chilli sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 red capsicum, deseeded, sliced thinly
  • 100g pkt baby Asian salad mix

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the chicken in a baking dish. Combine the stock, honey, soy sauce, tomato paste, chilli sauce and garlic in a jug. Pour over chicken and turn to coat. Bake, turning occasionally, for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, combine the capsicum and salad leaves.
  • Step 3
    Serve drumsticks with the salad.
