Wonderfully sticky and irresistible, these honey and soy glazed drumsticks are a firm family favourite.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup (125ml) Massel chicken style liquid stock
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Kikkoman soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Leggos tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons Ayam chilli sauce
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 red capsicum, deseeded, sliced thinly
- 100g pkt baby Asian salad mix
Method
- Step 1Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the chicken in a baking dish. Combine the stock, honey, soy sauce, tomato paste, chilli sauce and garlic in a jug. Pour over chicken and turn to coat. Bake, turning occasionally, for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through.
- Step 2Meanwhile, combine the capsicum and salad leaves.
- Step 3Serve drumsticks with the salad.
