Drink a toast to this lively apple fizz that’s a taste sensation and low in kilojoules.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon diet ginger beer cordial (we used Bundaberg brand)
- 1/2 cup chilled no-added-sugar apple juice
- 4 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 2 cups chilled sparkling mineral water
Method
- Step 1Blend cordial, apple juice, mint leaves and 1 cup mineral water until frothy. Divide between chilled glasses. Top with remaining mineral water. Serve.
