Medium sized cucumber, about 6 ounces, peeled and cut into large chunks

Large leaves of curly kale or lacianto kale, stems removed

Pear, cored and cut into large chunks

Celery ribs, about 2 ounces, cut into large chunks

Juice of 1 lime

cup Pineapple juice

Ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and liquify. If mixture is too thick, add a little bit of water or more pineapple juice.
