teaspoon black pepper corns

teaspoon amchur powder (dried green mango powder–you might also try ground pomegranate seeds or sumac)

teaspoon unrefined sugar

teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- In a hot fry pan add spices in the order given, toasting each a few seconds before adding the next. Do not toast the amchur, sugar, or sea salt.
- When the spices have released their fragrances, let them cool, then grind them in a mortar and pestle or coffee grinder. Add the last 3 ingredients and grind for a moment to mix.
- Sprinkle over popcorn freshly popped in ghee !
